Hello and welcome back to The Everyday Creative, where we talk about ways everyday people can incorporate creativity into their lives in order to consume less and create more. Today, we are talking all about consumption.
The external act of using up a resource.
There are many ways to consume. Some show up in obvious ways like social media, watching TV, video games, etc. Insert any type of content here, like podcasts or videos.
Other consumption shows up in less obvious ways and those tend to be specific to the individual. We mention reading and learning as ways this type of consumption shows up for us.
During this show segment, we introduce four ways to interact with the material presented: A question to answer, a quest to complete, an aspect of creativity we've noticed this week, and a quote to ponder.
We’ve already asked a lot of questions for this week. Take time to think about your own answers.
Determine your biggest consumption category.
